  • 1/2 tablespoon Ghee or butter
  • 3/4 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1/4 Large yellow onion, chopped
  • 3/4 Cloves garlic, sliced
  • 1/2 Ristra chili peppers , chopped fine
  • 7 ounce 1 can whole peeled tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan
  • 1/2 cup Water - could use more depending on what consistency
  • 1/4 tablespoon Red or white wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tablespoon Heavy whipping cream
  • As required Cilantro, chopped
  • As required Salt & pepper
