  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 2 tomatillos
  • 1/4 Onion
  • 1 Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 cup dried chile de arbol stems removed
  • 1/2 tablespoon Salt
  • 1/4 cup Water

  • STEP 1.In a skillet char tomatoes and tomatillos all side

  • STEP 2.Add onion and garlic in the skillet

  • STEP 3.Cook for 2 mins

  • STEP 4.Remove garlic

  • STEP 5.Cook for 2 mins

  • STEP 6.Remove from the skillet until ready to use

  • STEP 7.In a skillet add oil

  • STEP 8.Add dried chile de arbol

  • STEP 9.Transfer it in a blender and add the tomato mix as well

  • STEP 10.Blend until smooth
