  • 0.67 nos Onion - finely chopped
  • 0.33 tablespoon Ging.Garlic paste -
  • 0.67 nos Tomato puri - medium sized
  • 1/2 tablespoons Chilli powder -
  • 0.33 tablespoon Turmeric Powder -
  • 0.33 tablespoon Coriander powder -
  • 0.17 tablespoon Garam masala -
  • 0.17 tablespoon Cumin - crushed
  • As required salt - as per taste
  • 0.67 tablespoons Fresh cream -
  • As required Coriander leaves
  • As required kasoori methi

Directions: Chicken Tikka Masala Recipe

  • STEP 1.Marinate chicken with above mentioned ingredients and keep it for 2 hours.
  • STEP 2.Shallow fry the chicken after 2 hours and keep it aside.
  • STEP 3.Remove the excess oil and add finely chopped onion into the same kadai and saute well.
  • STEP 4.Add salt.
  • STEP 5.Add tomato puri
  • STEP 6.Add turmeric powder.
  • STEP 7.Add chilli powder.
  • STEP 8.Add coriander powder.
  • STEP 9.Add garam masala.
  • STEP 10.Add fried chicken.
  • STEP 11.Add water.
  • STEP 12.Allow boil for 10 minutes.
  • STEP 13.Add fresh cream.
  • STEP 14.Add kasoori methi and coriander leaves.
  • STEP 15.Serve hot🙂
