  • 1/10 ounce 15.5 can kidney beans, not drained
  • 1/10 ounce 8 can tomato sauce
  • 1 ounce package frozen corn kernels
  • 1/5 ounce 10 cans diced tomatoes w/chilies
  • 2.40 ounce 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 0.40 ounce can chopped green chili peppers
  • 0.03 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/10 packet reduced sodium taco seasoning or homemade, see below
  • 0.15 tablespoon cumin
  • 0.15 tablespoon chili powder
  • 0.03 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.03 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.03 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/20 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/10 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/20 teaspoon Black pepper
