  • 1/4 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 0.06 teaspoon Turmeric Powder

  • 1/4 tablespoon Oil
  • 0.13 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1/4 Onions, Finely Chopped
  • 1/4 Tomatoes, Finely Chopped
  • 0.13 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 0.13 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 0.06 teaspoon Garam Masala

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, marinate the chicken pieces with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Let it sit for 30 minutes.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Once they splutter, add chopped onions and saut茅 until golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add the marinated chicken and cook until it turns golden brown. Then, add chopped tomatoes, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.
  • STEP 4.Cover the pan and let the chicken cook on low heat for about 20 minutes or until it is tender and cooked through.
  • STEP 5.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with naan or rice.

Cooking Tips

  • For a spicier version, add more red chili powder or green chilies.
  • You can also add a tablespoon of cashew paste or cream to make the gravy richer and creamier.
  • To enhance the flavors, you can add a pinch of saffron soaked in warm milk.
