Chicken Seekh Kebabs are the ultimate melt-in-mouth delicacy which are supef-versatile .
Traditionally they were made on coalfire with a multiple of spices.But today I made these kebabs on a grill pan.

STEP 1.Take a blender & then add green chillies, coriander leaves, mint leaves.
STEP 2.Then add the minced boneless chicken & blend them.Take out the mixture to a bowl. Add the spices to the minced chicken paste such as garlic paste, ginger paste, garam masala powder, red chilli powder, tanduri masala powder,coriander powder& green cardamom powder. Give the ingredients a mix.
STEP 3.Then add lemon juice, melted butter & breadcrumbs. The mixture will have good binding.
STEP 4.Now greese your palm with little melted butter & then make a cylindrical shape to the chicken mixture.
STEP 5.Then insert a wooden skewer (which is soaked in water for few mint) inside the cylindrical kebab. You can also use steel skewer for making the kebabs.
STEP 6.This way make all the kebabs.
STEP 7.Take a grill pan & glaze some butter with a sylicon brush on it.Take the skewers & roast the kebabs on low flame for 3 to 5 mint on both side.
STEP 8.Serve the delicious hot chicken kebabs with coriander, mint chutney & tomato ketchup.
