This time, made tikka masala with chicken sausages. The taste, the texture the aroma...was absolutely mind-blowing... One of the best dishes that i've ever had and am glad that i could execute my idea to perfection. You can follow the same process to make chicken tikka masala or paneer tikka masala.

  • 1/2 tablespoon Yogurt
  • 1/2 tablespoon besan
  • 0.13 teaspoon Roasted cumin Powder

  • 0.13 teaspoon Garam masala powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1/4 tablespoon ginger garlic paste

  • As required Food Color
  • As required Please note that I have not added salt here as my sausages were already salted

  • 1.25-1.50 Green Chilies
  • 1/2 Medium sized onions
  • 1/2 tablespoon ginger Garlic paste
  • 1.25 tablespoon Refined oil
  • 0.13 teaspoon Roasted cumin Powder
