Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a large pot or Dutch oven, heat oil over medium heat. Add the chicken and sausage and cook until browned.
  • STEP 2.Remove the chicken and sausage from the pot and set aside. In the same pot, add the onions, bell peppers, and celery. Cook until the vegetables are softened.
  • STEP 3.Add the garlic, Cajun seasoning, thyme, and bay leaves to the pot. Stir well to coat the vegetables with the spices.
