Chicken sandwich is a sandwich that typically consists of boneless, skinless chicken breast or thigh served between slices of bread , on a bu, or on a roll.
STEP 1.Boil the boneless chicken pieces with some salt and ginger , garlic paste
STEP 2.Using a fork shred the chicken into long strips and remove the bones
STEP 3.In a mixing bowl take this boiled and shredded chicken. To this add 1/4 cup chopped cucumber, 1/4 cup chopped onion, 1/4 cup chopped carat, 1/4 cup chopped capsicum, chopped coriander, salt according to taste, 2 tsp of black pepper powder, pinch of red chilli flakes, mix all the ingredients
STEP 4.To this add 2 tsp of mayonnaise (add as per requirement) and mix everything gently
STEP 5.Add this chicken mayo mixture on top of a bread and sandwich it with another bread slice
STEP 6.Cut into triangles and serve with tomato sauce
