  • 83.33 g Boneless chicken
  • 2 Pieces Bread
  • 0.13 Cups Capsicum
  • 0.13 Cups Onion
  • 0.13 Cups Cucumber
  • 0.13 Cups Carat
  • 0.67 Tsp Mayonnaise
  • 0.67 Tsp Tomato sauce
  • 0.33 Tsp Ginger paste
  • 0.33 Tsp Garlic paste
  • 0.33 Tsp pepper powder
  • 0.33 Tsp Salt

Directions: Chicken Sandwich #bsk Recipe

  • STEP 1.Boil the boneless chicken pieces with some salt and ginger , garlic paste
  • STEP 2.Using a fork shred the chicken into long strips and remove the bones
  • STEP 3.In a mixing bowl take this boiled and shredded chicken. To this add 1/4 cup chopped cucumber, 1/4 cup chopped onion, 1/4 cup chopped carat, 1/4 cup chopped capsicum, chopped coriander, salt according to taste, 2 tsp of black pepper powder, pinch of red chilli flakes, mix all the ingredients
  • STEP 4.To this add 2 tsp of mayonnaise (add as per requirement) and mix everything gently
  • STEP 5.Add this chicken mayo mixture on top of a bread and sandwich it with another bread slice
  • STEP 6.Cut into triangles and serve with tomato sauce
