Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Marinate the chicken with turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and add onions, ginger, and garlic. Saute until golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add the marinated chicken and cook until it turns brown.
  • STEP 4.In a separate pan, dry roast the poppy seeds until they turn slightly golden.
  • STEP 5.Grind the roasted poppy seeds into a fine paste with a little water.
