STEP 1.Take a bowl, add minced chicken, chopped onion, ginger garlic paste, black pepper powder, soy sauce and salt as per taste. Mix all the ingredients well. In another bowl, wash rice and soak it in water.
STEP 2.Now, take the minced chicken mixture and make balls out of it.
STEP 3.Roll it into the soaked rice bowl and keep it in a plate.
STEP 4.Take a steam utensil or a normal vessel and fill it with some water. Place the soaked rice balls in the utensil and steam it for 10 minutes.
STEP 5.Before serving the dish,Serve it with Tomato Sauce ..
