Chicken Reshmi Kebab is a mouth watering dish that is very popular in India, Bangladesh and Pakistan. Once you take a bite, there is no need to chew; the kebabs start melting in your mouth. #chicken
STEP 1.First Marination,
In a bowl put Chicken pieces and add lemon juice, salt and ginger garlic paste; mix properly for around 5 mins, then cover with a lid and let it rest for 30 mins.
STEP 2.Second Marination,
Make a second white marinade. Add the rest of the ingredients in the bowl and mix properly and keep it in the fridge.
STEP 3.After 30 mins, mix the marinated chicken again for 5 mins and then squeeze the chicken pieces and put them into the white marinade and mix properly. Keep it in the fridge for 2-3 days for best results.
STEP 4.After 3 days , set 5 kebabs in the skewers and start cooking on a gas tandoor. After 3 mins, turn the skewers and repeat the same process 5-6 times.
STEP 5.Now serve the kebabs with sliced onion, and mint coriander green chutney.
