STEP 1.In a pot,add vegetable oil,onion and fry till golden brown.
STEP 2.Add chicken and blend well till it changes color.
STEP 3.Add black cardamom,green cardamom,garlic,ginger,fennel seeds,salt and blend well.
STEP 4.Add water,mix well and produce it to boil.
STEP 5.Cover and cook on medium low flame for 20-25 minutes or till chicken is tender.
STEP 6.Take out chicken items for later use then strain stock & put aside.
STEP 7.In wok,add vegetable oil,rice and blend well.
STEP 8.Add ready stock,bring it to boil and cook on high flame till water is reduced.
STEP 9.Cover and steam cook on low flame for 6-8 minutes.
STEP 10.In the cooking pan,add vegetable oil,cashew barmy,almonds,pistachios,dry coconut,raisins and fry for 1-2 minutes.
STEP 11.Now add deep-fried barmy and grilled chicken items,cover and steam cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes.
