  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • As required Salt To Taste
  • 1/4 Egg, Beaten
  • 1/4 cup Breadcrumbs

  • STEP 1.Boil and mash the potatoes. Cook the minced chicken with spices until cooked through.
  • STEP 2.In a bowl, mix together the mashed potatoes, cooked chicken, onions, green chilies, and coriander leaves.
  • STEP 3.Shape the mixture into small cutlets. Dip each cutlet in beaten egg and coat with breadcrumbs.
  • STEP 4.Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the cutlets until golden brown on both sides.
