Ingredients for Chicken pickle Recipe

  • 125 Kg Chicken boneless
  • A Pinch Turmeric powder
  • 3/4 Tbsp Kashmiri Chilliflakes
  • 1.25 Pieces Kingchilli
  • 1/4 Pieces inger
  • 1/4 Pieces arlic
  • 1/4 Tbsp Sichuan pepper
  • 1.25 Tbsp M.oil
  • As Required Salt

Directions: Chicken Pickle Recipe

  • STEP 1.First take a bowl put the pieces of meat add turmeric ,chillipowder, salt marinate Min 10-15 min heat the oil,add the marinated chicken and fry till golden brown in the same kaddhai heat the oil add pounded ginger garlic fry till the aroma comes out now add chilli flakes,pounded kingchillies, kashmiri Chilli powder ,salt as required add the fry meat mixed it well add Sichuan pepper and fry for 2mins and its done😊you can serve with white rice, noodles 🤤
