2 Small artichoke hearts sliced canned variety water not oil, optional
1/2 cup Chicken stock
1/2 tablespoon White wine
1/2 Lemon for juice and zest
As required Sea salt and black pepper to taste
1/2 tablespoon Butter
1/2 teaspoon Italian parsley chopped
