  • 1/4 cup Flour seasoned with salt and pepper to dredge chicken
  • 4 ounce Mushrooms sliced
  • 1 teaspoon Finely chopped shallot
  • 2 Small artichoke hearts sliced canned variety water not oil, optional
  • 1/2 cup Chicken stock
  • 1/2 tablespoon White wine
  • 1/2 Lemon for juice and zest
  • As required Sea salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian parsley chopped
