  • 2 ounce Artichoke hearts sliced plus a little juice from the can
  • 1 ounce Pepperoni sliced if you use sandwich pepperoni cut in 1/2
  • 1/2 Clove garlic diced
  • 4 ounce Chicken stock
  • 1 ounce Marinara sauce or crushed tomatoes
  • As required Splash of white wine optional
  • 0.13 cup Grated romano cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon Chopped italian parsley
  • As required Seasoned flour to dredge the chicken
  • 1/2 tablespoon Butter
  • As required Olive oil as needed
  • 1/4 pound Linguine or spaghetti
  • 1/4 teaspoon Granulated garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon Granulated onion
  • 0.13 teaspoon Black pepper
