STEP 1.firstly marinate the chicken piece with salt, onion,ginger garlic paste,turmaric,oil,vinegar,cumin,coriander and cumin powder,red chilli powder,sugar.
rest the chicken for 40min to 1 hour and cover the chicken with a lead.
heat a pan and brush some oil.
take the banana leaf and took the whole chicken.add green chilli,coriander,garam masala and mix it well.
cover ta whole chicken with banana leaf and add it to the pan cook it with some oil.
cover and cook by both side properly till it slightly burnt.
turn off the flame and Chicken Bharta is ready to serve...
STEP 2.lastly remove the banana leaf and serve the chicken
