STEP 1.Mix all the ingredients except banana leaves in a bowl and marinate for 1 hour.
STEP 2.After 1 hour, fold the marinated chicken in banana leaves and tie it well with thread.
STEP 3.Heat a little mustard oil in a frying pan and cook with the chicken folded in banana leaves. Reduce heat and cook for about 30 minutes.
STEP 4.When the chicken is cooked and the leaves are fried, lower it on both sides and serve with hot rice.
