  • 1/4 tablespoon Ginger
  • 1/4 cup Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Desiccated coconut
  • 1 tablespoon White Poppy Seeds
  • 2 tablespoon Split Bengal Gram
  • None Water
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 2 Onions
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1 stick Cinnamon inch
  • 2-3 Green Cardamoms
  • 1 Bay Leaf
  • 1/2 cup Curd
  • As required Paste
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
  • 500 gram Chicken Breasts
  • As required Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Black Peppercorns

Directions: Chicken Pasanda Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Grind chopped ginger, garlic, desiccated coconut, white poppy seeds, roasted split bengal gram, and add water, and grind it again

step 2

  • STEP 2.Heat oil on a high flame in a medium-sized pan, add sliced onions, cumin seeds, cinnamon stick, green cardamoms, bay leaf

step 3

  • STEP 3.Mix it and let onions turn gold-brown in color

step 4

  • STEP 4.Now, add in whipped curd and the paste which was made earlier

step 5

  • STEP 5.Add turmeric powder, red chili powder; mix it and allow it to cook, till the oil starts separating

step 6

  • STEP 6.Now add in chicken breasts(escalope), water and salt

step 7

  • STEP 7.Crush coriander seeds, black peppercorns together and add it to the pan

step 8

  • STEP 8.Mix it and let it cook for 10-12 minutes, till the chicken is cooked

step 9

  • STEP 9.Now, turn off the flame and serve it
