  • 1/20 cup grated Pecorino Romano or Parmesan cheese
  • 0.03 cup fresh chopped basil, plus more for garnish
  • 0.47 cup homemade or jarred marinara sauce, from about 2
  • 0.90 ounce box no boil lasagna noodles, I used Barilla
  • 0.30 cup baby spinach
  • 0.30 cup part skim shredded mozzarella cheese
