Ingredients for Chicken Nargisi Kofta Curry Recipe

  • 3/4 Pieces Boiled eggs
  • 75 grams Boneless chicken breasts
  • 0.13 cup Chana dal
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic paste
  • 1/4 tsp Garam masala powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 0.13 tsp Red chili powder
  • 1/4 Pieces Egg whites
  • As Required Oil
  • 1/4 Pieces 1 large onion
  • 1/4 Pieces Tomato
  • 1 Pieces 4-5  clove g
  • 1 Pieces Cashew
  • 1/4 Pieces green cardamom
  • 1/4 Pieces Cinnamon stick
  • 0.13 tsp Red chili powder
  • 0.13 tsp Garam masala powder
  • 0.13 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Kasoori methi
  • 1/4 tsp Coriander leaves

Directions: Chicken Nargisi Kofta Curry Recipe

  • STEP 1.Boil the boneless chicken pieces in a pressure cooker by adding chana dal, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder and some water for 4-5 whistles.

  • STEP 2.When it cools down, grind it finely in a mixer.

  • STEP 3.Add 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder and 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder to this mixture and mix well.

  • STEP 4.Now cover the boiled eggs by applying this mixture well.

  • STEP 5.Similarly prepare the mixture by applying the mixture on all the eggs.

  • STEP 6.Heat oil in a pan and dip the stuffed eggs in the oil by wrapping them in egg whites.

  • STEP 7.Fry them till golden brown and take them out from the pan.

  • STEP 8.For the gravy, put 1 teaspoon oil in a pan, add onion and garlic.

  • STEP 9.After frying the onion for a while, add tomatoes and cook till it becomes soft.

  • STEP 10.When it cools down, blend it in a blender.

  • STEP 11.Heat oil in a pan and add cardamom and cinnamon.

  • STEP 12.Add the blended mixture to this oil.  Now add red chili powder, garam masala powder and salt.

  • STEP 13.Cook this gravy for a while and then add kasoori methi and cook for 1 more minute.

  • STEP 14.Put the gravy in the serving bowl and add chopped fried nargisi koftas to it and garnish with coriander leaves.
