Ingredients for Chicken Mandi Recipe

  • As required Marination
  • 1/2 kilogram Chicken
  • 1/2 teaspoon saffron powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Saudi spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric
  • As required Saudi spice
  • 2 tablespoon coriander seeds
  • 2 stick small cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon green cardamom pods
  • 1 tablespoon cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
  • As required Mandi Rice
  • 1/2 cup brown onions
  • 3-4 pods green cardamom
  • 1 stick Cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup golden raisins
  • 2 cup Rice
  • 4 cup Water
  • As required Garnish
  • As required Pistachio slices

Directions: Chicken Mandi Recipe

  • STEP 1.Let's begin with heating up the pan and adding coriander seeds, cloves, inexperienced cardamom pods, cumin seeds, little cinnamon sticks, lemon zest, and roast them properly then off the flame and let it relax.
  • STEP 1.Next grind them to a fine powder with turmeric powder & saffron powder. Next marinating the chicken that adds within the spice mixture with salt (as required) and rubs it properly everywhere the chicken, then add oil on high of the chicken.
  • STEP 2.Cooking the rice that 1st heat up the oil within the pan then add onions, salt and cook it until onion turns into golden brown color then add inexperienced cardamom, cloves, cinnamon stick & golden raisins combine it along, take away some brown onions to use it for garnishing later (optional).
  • STEP 3.Next add rice (soaked & washed), water, salt (as required) stir it properly, and add within the spice combine into the rice. Next place the rack on high of the vessel then place the chicken on the rack, then transfer the whole issue into the kitchen appliance and change of state this at 180degree stargazer for a half-hour.
  • STEP 4.After a half-hour, your chicken mandi is prepared to serve.
