Chicken Mandi is a smoky roast chicken and rice dish that is originally from Yemen. This tasty dish is prepared from Saudi spices, mandi rice, raisins,rice and topped with pistachios.
STEP 1.Let's begin with heating up the pan and adding coriander seeds, cloves, inexperienced cardamom pods, cumin seeds, little cinnamon sticks, lemon zest, and roast them properly then off the flame and let it relax.
