STEP 1.wash chicken liver nicely, marinade with salt + pepper powder and keep aside for 10 - 15 minutes.
STEP 2.assemble all ingredients
STEP 3.in moderately heated pan add oil, add onion and sauté till pinkish, add ginger garlic
STEP 4.saute for around 2 minutes under medium flame till rawness of ginger garlic goes off
STEP 5.now add marinaded liver and stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
STEP 6.then add all spices and stir fry fof 2-3 minutes till spices leaves oil.
STEP 7.Liver is fried well along with spices.
STEP 8.now add chicken stock / warm water, mix well and cook under medium flame for 3-4 minutes.
STEP 9.by now water evaporates and mixture thickens, fry further for 1-2 minutes .
STEP 10.dish is ready.
STEP 11.serve with roti / paratha and enjoy.
