Ingredients for Chicken Liver Dry Curry Recipe

  • 100 grams Chicken liver
  • 1/2 Pieces Medium onion
  • 1/2 tbsp Ginger garlic
  • 1 Pieces Green chilli
  • 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1/4 tsp Coriander powder
  • 0.13 tsp Garam masala powder
  • 3/4 tsp Salt
  • 0.13 cup Chicken Stock / Warm Water
  • 1 tbsp Mustard oil
  • 1 g Pinch turmeric

Directions: Chicken Liver Dry Curry Recipe

  • STEP 1.wash chicken liver nicely, marinade with salt + pepper powder and keep aside for 10 - 15 minutes.
  • STEP 2.assemble all ingredients
  • STEP 3.in moderately heated pan add oil, add onion and sauté till pinkish, add ginger garlic
  • STEP 4.saute for around 2 minutes under medium flame till rawness of ginger garlic goes off
  • STEP 5.now add marinaded liver and stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
  • STEP 6.then add all spices and stir fry fof 2-3 minutes till spices leaves oil.
  • STEP 7.Liver is fried well along with spices.
  • STEP 8.now add chicken stock / warm water, mix well and cook under medium flame for 3-4 minutes.
  • STEP 9.by now water evaporates and mixture thickens, fry further for 1-2 minutes .
  • STEP 10.dish is ready.
  • STEP 11.serve with roti / paratha and enjoy.
