Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • STEP 2.In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  • STEP 3.In the same skillet, add leeks and cook until softened. Add garlic and cook for another minute.
  • STEP 4.Return the chicken to the skillet and add sweetcorn, chicken broth, and cream. Simmer for 5-10 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.
