This chicken lasagna is my innovative chicken recipe liked by everyone. It's heaven for chicken lovers with the addition of Italian flavours and loaded with cheese. It contains protein and serves as a wholesome meal in main course.
STEP 1.In a deep bottom pan, cook the lasagna sheets in boiling water. Drain water and keep aside.
STEP 2.2. Take a non-stick pan, heat oil and saute chopped onion and garlic. Add chicken, ginger garlic paste, chopped tomatoes and bell peppers.
STEP 3.3. Mix properly with pasta sauce, red chilli powder, black pepper powder and salt. Cover and cook the chicken and vegetables for few minutes.
STEP 4.4. Then add Italian seasoning and toss the mixture . Transfer it to a bowl.
STEP 5.5. Pre-heat the oven at 180°C. Grease the baking dish.
STEP 6.6. Layer one-third of the lasagna sheets in the bottom of the baking dish. Top with half of chicken mixture and one-third cheese and mozzarella cheese.
STEP 7.7. Again repeat layers of one-third lasagna sheets and the remaining chicken mixture and one-third cheese and mozzarella cheese.
STEP 8.8. Finish with the remaining lasagna sheets and cheese.
STEP 9.9. Bake for 20 - 30 minutes until golden brown and the cheese melts. Garnish with mint leaves. Enjoy!!
