  • 1 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder

  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 1/2 stick Cinnamon
  • 1.25 Damom Pods
  • 1.25 Ves
  • 1 Onions, Finely Chopped
  • 1/4 cup Tomato Puree
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon Kasuri Methi

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Marinate the chicken with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and salt.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and add whole spices like cinnamon, cardamom, and cloves.
  • STEP 3.Add chopped onions and cook until golden brown.
  • STEP 4.Add the marinated chicken and cook until it is cooked through.
  • STEP 5.Add tomato puree, garam masala, and kasuri methi.
  • STEP 6.Cook for a few more minutes until the flavors are well combined.
  • STEP 7.Serve hot with rice or roti.
