  • As Required For the sauce
  • 1/2 Pieces Cardamom
  • 3 Pieces Almond
  • 2.50 Pieces Cashew
  • 0.13 Teaspoon Peppercorn
  • 1/2 Pieces cinnamon stick
  • 1/4 Pieces bay leaf
  • 1/2 Pieces cloves
  • 1/4 Tablespoon coriander powder
  • To Taste salt
  • 0.06 Cup plain yogurt
  • As Required Nuts(optional)
  • As Required cilantro
  • As Required For the marinade
  • 4 Pieces chickenboneless
  • 3/4 Tablespoon s plain yogurt
  • 0.13 Teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/4 Tsps minced ginger (ginger paste)
  • 0.13 Teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 Cup sliced onion
  • 0.13 Cup vegetable oil

Directions: Chicken Korma #ChickenRecipes #FEM5K

  • STEP 1.1. Sauté the onions until golden brown.
  • STEP 2.Remove them from the pan and add to a food processor.
  • STEP 3.2. In the same pot, add the whole spices and garlic/ginger paste and sauté the chicken.
  • STEP 4.3. In a blender, blend the onions with tomatoes & yogurt.
  • STEP 5.4. When the chicken has been braised, add the blended yogurt mixture along with the powdered spices & green chili.
  • STEP 6.5. Cover and allow to cook for sometime.
  • STEP 7.6. Add the remaining spices midway– it will maintain the aroma and flavor. Cover and cook again.
  • STEP 8.7. When cooking is done, add water and bring it to a boil. Lower the heat for a few minutes.
  • STEP 9.8. When the oil rises to the top, it's done.
  • STEP 10.9. Switch off the falme & add kewra essence, cilantro, barista and some blanched nuts for garnishing.
