This is a delicious dish made with fried chicken balls dipped in creamy rich gravy.. The speciality of this dish is its softness and mouth-watering taste..
STEP 1.To make the koftas, in a mixing bowl add minced chicken, bread crumbs, egg, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, fried onion, salt as required, chopped green chillis and coriendar leaves and half portion of all the spices.. Mix them very well..grease oil in your palm and make equal sized balls with the mixtures..
STEP 2.In a kadai, add the vegetable oil.. In medium heat,fry all the meatballs..after frying take off 150g of oil from it.. In the rest oil will prepare the gravy.
For gravy, in the same kadai, add the onion paste into it.. Add salt and fry it for 3 minutes.. Now add rest portion of ginger garlic paste and green chilli paste.. Stir them very well in medium heat.. In a small bowl, add the yogurt, all the spices, raisins paste and cashewnuts paste and mix them very well..
When oil starts separating,make the flame low and add the yogurt mixture..stir them very well.. Keep stirring for 4-5minutes.. Now add the milk and 1 cup of hot water. When it starts boiling, add the meatballs into it...
Now cover the kadai with lid and in lowder medium heat let it cook for 8 minutes.. Open the lid and add ghee and crushed kasturi methi.. Mix them.. Switch off the flame and serve this with rice, pulao or paratha..
