Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  • STEP 2.In a small bowl, mix together softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper.
  • STEP 3.Cut a pocket into each chicken breast and stuff with the garlic butter mixture. Secure with toothpicks.
