  • 0.40 cup basmati rice soaked in water for 30 mins
  • 1/5 cup moong dal, 1/2 cup of masoor dal
  • 100 gram chicken with bone
  • 0.40 big chopped onions
  • 0.40 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 0.40 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
  • 1/5 teaspoon each of cumin powder , red chilli powder and Corriander powder
  • As required Bay leaf and whole red chilli for tempering
  • 1/10 cup Yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Ghee
  • 0.80 tablespoon white oil
  • As required Slit green chilli is optional
  • As required potatoes are optional
