  • 1 Whole chicken legs

  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1/2 tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoon Thin soy sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon Dark soy sauce
  • 8 ounce Fresh wide egg noodles . you can find this at your local asian market
  • 0.13 cup Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Shallots
  • 1/2 tablespoon Garlic
  • 6 Dried red thai chilis
  • 0.13 cup Shallots, finely sliced
  • 0.13 cup Preserved sour mustard green, sliced
  • 1/2 Lime, sliced
  • As required Roast chili sauce
