Chicken keema is a simple and easy to make Indian dish with chicken mince, onions,whole spices and herbs. This is one of the basic chicken mince recipes from Indian cuisine which you can serve as a side in an Indian meal. It goes well with plain rice, butter naan, roti or paratha.

  • 175 gram Chicken Mince:
  • 3/4 tablespoons Oil:
  • 1/2 nos Bay leaf:
  • 0-1/4 inch Cinnamon stick:
  • 0-1/4 nos Clove:
  • 1/2 nos Green cardamom:
  • 3/4 nos Sliced Onions: mdm
  • 1/2 tablespoon Ginger garlic paste:
  • 1/2 nos Onion: small
  • 3/4 nos Tomato: mdm
  • 0-1/4 nos Green chilli:
  • 1/4 tablespoon Kashmiri Red Chilli:
  • 1/4 tablespoon Coriander Powder:
  • 1/4 tablespoon Garam Masala:
  • 0.13 nos Turmeric Powder: tspoon
  • 0.13 nos Black pepper: tspoon
  • As required Salt: to-taste

Directions: Chicken Keema Recipe

  • STEP 1.Heat oil add whole spices & sliced onions once brown add ginger garlic paste with 1/4 cup water cook for 2 minutes add chicken mince sauté until slightly brown.
  • STEP 2.Now add onion tomato green chilli paste & all dry spices cook for 2 minutes & cover it & again cook for 8-10 minutes on low flame.
  • STEP 3.Finally add coriander mint leaves & green chilli serve with Lachcha Paratha or naan .
