Ingredients for chicken in Garlic Sauce Recipe

  • 400 g Chicken
  • 1.50 cup Milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 8 Pieces Garlic
  • 3 Pieces green chilli
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp maida
  • 2 tsp Oil
  • 1 tsp pepper powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Malai / Cream

Directions: Chicken In Garlic Sauce Recipe

  • STEP 1.Marinade chicken pieces with salt + pepper powder for 1/2 hour. Pieces should be of medium size.
  • STEP 2.Now again marinade chicken with ginger garlic paste + maida + oil, marinade very nicely.
  • STEP 3.marinade for 7-8 minutes.
  • STEP 4.Now shallow fry marinaded chicken till golden brown and keep aside. Fry in 2 tbsp Butter.
  • STEP 5.assemble other ingredients
  • STEP 6.keep aside fried chicken
  • STEP 7.In same pan add butter, add finely chopped garlic + 1 green chilli and sauté for few seconds, then add milk
  • STEP 8.add milk + water + green chilli and mix well, wait for a boil.
  • STEP 9.add chicken pieces Cook under medium flame for 4-5 minutes, add pepper powder + salt and Cook for another 3-4 minutes under low flame.
  • STEP 10.add chopped coriander + sugar , simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes
  • STEP 11.Gradually gravy / sauce thickens, add Malai and cook for 2 - 3 minutes.
  • STEP 12.Dish is ready
