Creamy Garlic Butter Chicken
An excellent garlic flavoured chicken dunked in creamy sauce which is an absolute lip smacking dish.
STEP 1.Marinade chicken pieces with salt + pepper powder for 1/2 hour. Pieces should be of medium size.
STEP 2.Now again marinade chicken with ginger garlic paste + maida + oil, marinade very nicely.
STEP 3.marinade for 7-8 minutes.
STEP 4.Now shallow fry marinaded chicken till golden brown and keep aside. Fry in 2 tbsp Butter.
STEP 5.assemble other ingredients
STEP 6.keep aside fried chicken
STEP 7.In same pan add butter, add finely chopped garlic + 1 green chilli and sauté for few seconds, then add milk
STEP 8.add milk + water + green chilli and mix well, wait for a boil.
STEP 9.add chicken pieces Cook under medium flame for 4-5 minutes, add pepper powder + salt and Cook for another 3-4 minutes under low flame.
STEP 10.add chopped coriander + sugar , simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes
STEP 11.Gradually gravy / sauce thickens, add Malai and cook for 2 - 3 minutes.
STEP 12.Dish is ready
