Ingredients for Chicken gravy telangana style Recipe
125 gms 500-600gms
0.13 tsp Turmeric powder
1/4 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
1/4 tsp 1` tsp Vineg
1/4 tsp Oil
1/2 g big spoon oil
1/4 Cup Onions
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Roasted kasuri methi
1/2 tsp Coriander powder
1/2 tsp Garammasala

STEP 1.How to make chicken masala gravy?
STEP 2.For marinating chicken masala in a mixing bowl add chicken pieces.
STEP 3.Then add some Indian spices including Kashmiri red chili powder, turmeric powder,garam masala powder, salt, and a tsp of saunf.
STEP 4.Also add a tsp of vinegar or lemon juice, and mustard oil. mix them well, and set them aside for at least 1 hr in the refrigerator for simple marination.
STEP 5.Now, in a blender add deseeded 3 medium size tomatoes and make a smooth tomato puree for later use.
STEP 6.Next, for preparing chicken masala curry heat 5 to 6 tbsp oil in a Kadai in medium flame.
STEP 7.Then, add bay leaf, cinnamon, green cardamom, cloves, dried red chili and saute in medium flame for up to 1 min.
STEP 8.After that, add chopped onions and cook on medium flame until it turns slightly translucent.
STEP 9.Also, mix chopped green chili and the ginger-garlic paste and saute in medium flame until the raw smell goes away.
STEP 10.Next, add tomato puree, Kashmiri red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, and saute in medium flame until the raw smell of all the spices completely goes away.
STEP 11.Finally, add marinated chicken pieces to this Kadai.
STEP 12.Now, to get spicy chicken masala gravy add a little water and saute all of this mixture for up to 8-10 min on low flame.
STEP 13.Furthermore, add 2 cups of water,garam masala powder, mix everything then cover and cook chicken gravy on medium to low flame for up to 10 min.
STEP 14.After 10-12 min, your chickens become tender and juicy, if you want dry chicken masala then further cook until all the moisture completely evaporates and spices completely stick with chicken pieces.
