Ingredients for Chicken gravy Recipe

  • 125 gm Chicken
  • 1/4 nos Onion big size
  • 1/4 nos Redchilli powder spoon
  • 0.13 nos Turmeric spoon
  • As required Oil as require
  • As required Salt as per requirement
  • 1/4 nos coriander powder spoon
  • 1/4 packet chicken masala
  • 1/4 nos Coriander bunch
  • 0.13 cup Curd
  • As required Ginger
  • 1/2 nos garlic pastespoon

Directions: Chicken Gravy Recipe

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a pan add chopped onions let them get transparent
  • STEP 2.Add ginger ,garlic paste and fry it for 3mins
  • STEP 3.Add chicken, and add turmeric at the same time
  • STEP 4.mix well and let them cover by 5mins… later on add curd,
  • STEP 5.add red chilli powder, coriender powder
  • STEP 6.add salt and mix well cover it and let the chicken cook well cover it with lid for 15mins
  • STEP 7.add chicken masala powder and coriender last
  • STEP 8.serve it with rice and Chapatis
