  • 0.08 tablespoon Butter or olive oil
  • 1.17 ounce Frozen roasted and chopped green chile mild or hot depending on taste
  • 1/25 cup Sour cream
  • 0.13 cup Green chile sauce divided
  • 0.67 ounce Monterrey jack cheese shredded
  • 0.67 ounce Cheddar Cheese Shredded
  • 0.17 tablespoon Mexican spice mix or taco seasoning
  • As required Kosher salt
  • As required Freshly ground black pepper
