  • 75 g Fettuccine pasta
  • 75 g chicken (cut in small pieces)
  • 1 Tbsp Butter
  • 35 g Chopped onion
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Garlic powder
  • 0.38 Cup Milk
  • 1 Tbsp Cheese
  • 0.13 Tsp Chilli flakes
  • 0.13 Tsp Pasta masala
  • 2 A Few Parsley leaves
  • 1 Tsp Olive oil
  • 1 Tsp Black pepper
  • 1 Cups Heavy cream

Directions: Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo ( In Bengali Style) #bsk Recipe

  • STEP 1.Boil pasta with 1/2 tsp salt, brush chicken pieces with 1 tsp olive oil and season with 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp garlic powder and 1 tsp black pepper on each side.
  • STEP 2.In a pan on medium heat drizzle 1 tsp olive oil and 2 tbsp butter.
  • STEP 3.When butter is melted sear chicken pieces 2 minutes on each side.
  • STEP 4.Next fry chopped onion and add cheese.
  • STEP 5.When cheese has soften, pour 2 cups heavy cream. After 1 minute pour milk. Season with 1 tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp garlic powder and 1/4 tsp pasta masala. Simmar on low heat for few minutes. While sauce simmer add pasta. Remove pan from heat, toss all ingredients well and serve. When it serves on a plate, garnish with chilli flakes and chopped fresh parsley leaves.
