75 g Fettuccine pasta
75 g chicken (cut in small pieces)
1 Tbsp Butter
35 g Chopped onion
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Garlic powder
0.38 Cup Milk
1 Tbsp Cheese
0.13 Tsp Chilli flakes
0.13 Tsp Pasta masala
2 A Few Parsley leaves
1 Tsp Olive oil
1 Tsp Black pepper
1 Cups Heavy cream
Directions: Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo ( In Bengali Style) #bsk Recipe
STEP 1.Boil pasta with 1/2 tsp salt, brush chicken pieces with 1 tsp olive oil and season with 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp garlic powder and 1 tsp black pepper on each side.
STEP 2.In a pan on medium heat drizzle 1 tsp olive oil and 2 tbsp butter.
STEP 3.When butter is melted sear chicken pieces 2 minutes on each side.
STEP 4.Next fry chopped onion and add cheese.
STEP 5.When cheese has soften, pour 2 cups heavy cream.
After 1 minute pour milk. Season with 1 tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp garlic powder and 1/4 tsp pasta masala. Simmar on low heat for few minutes.
While sauce simmer add pasta. Remove pan from heat, toss all ingredients well and serve.
When it serves on a plate, garnish with chilli flakes and chopped fresh parsley leaves.
