1/4 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
0.13 teaspoon Pepper
1/4 teaspoon Liquid smoke, optional
1/2 Medium onion, julienned
1/4 Small sweet red or green pepper, julienned
2 Fat free tortillas , warmed
As required Optional toppings: salsa, sour cream and chopped cilantro
