This slow cooker chicken enchilada soup is creamy, warm and absolutely delicious one of my favorite 'set it and forget it' crockpot meals that's perfect.
1.25 ounce Can red enchilada sauce, or el pato sauce
1 ounce Can condensed cream of chicken soup, or 8 ounces cream cheese
3.75 ounce Black beans, rinsed and drained
1.25 ounce Can rotel tomatoes and green chiles
1.88 ounce Can corn, drained
0.06 cup Onion, chopped
0.06 cup Red bell pepper, chopped
0.13 teaspoon Cumin
0.06 teaspoon Garlic powder
0.06 cup Shredded cheddar cheese, more if desired
