  • 1/2 Pieces Ginger
  • 1/2 A Few Garlic
  • 1/2 Tbsp Sichuan pepper
  • 1/2 Tsp chilliflakes
  • 1 Tsp Chilli powder
  • To Taste Salt

Directions: Chicken Dry Cury For Side Dish Recipe

  • STEP 1.Clean the meat and put in a wok add 2cups of water, chilliflakes,chillipowder,salt cover and cook let it simmer till the water drys up
  • STEP 2.Add pounder ginger garlic, Sichuan pepper powder saute it for few minutes its done
