STEP 2.in moderately heated pan add 1 tbsp Oil, add chopped onion and sauté till pinkish then add shredded chicken and sauté for around 2 minutes.
STEP 3.then add mashed potato + salt + red chilli powder + turmeric + Garam Masala and saute for around 3 minutes
STEP 4.then add 3-4 tbsp water, mix well and cook for 6-7 minutes or water evaporates and mixture starts leaving pan.
STEP 5.Mixture is reday and allow to cool
STEP 6.grease palms and give shape of cutlets , keep aside.
STEP 7.make a medium slurry of maida + water + 2 pinch salt, dip and coat each cutlet in slurry and coat with bread crumbs all over. Refrigerate for 6-7 minutes.
STEP 8.in moderately heated pan add oil and allow medium heat , then drop cutlets and fry till golden brown.
STEP 9.flip and fry the other side to golden brown.
STEP 10.cutlets are ready to serve.
STEP 11.serve with salad and tomato ketchup.
