STEP 1.Wash the chicken properly. Now marinate with salt and turmeric powder for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, marinate with tomato slice , cumin powder , mustard oil , ginger paste , chopped onion for another 10 minutes. In the meantime chop the coriander leaves. Now switch on the flame. Heat a pan. Add the marrinated chicken in it. Cook in low flame for at least 25 minutes. Cover the pan with a lid in the time of cooking. After 25 minutes remove the lid. If the chicken gets soft , then sprinkle coriander leaves from top. Serve with steamed rice.
