  • 250 g Chicken
  • 1.50 Pieces Greenchilli
  • 1 Pieces Onion
  • A Few M.oil
  • 1 Pieces Tomatoes
  • 1 Tbsp Chillipowder
  • As Required Salt
  • 1/2 Pieces Garlic
  • 1/2 Pieces Ginger
  • 250 gm Chicken

Directions: Chicken Cook With Bambooshot Recipe

  • STEP 1.First step marinate the chicken with salt and turmeric min 10_15 mins,heat the oil and fry the chicken till 80% remove from kaddhai, now in the same kaddhai add m.oil oeces it heated add onion slices fry till golden brown add pounded garlic greenchilli saute it till the raw smell comes out add tomatoes , Bambooshot turmeric, powder chillipowder fry fry for few minutes till the oil comes out from the masala add water as required let it boil nicely add chicken pieces and ginger slices cover the lid and cook 10 minutes,Now it's ready to eat
