Ingredients for Chicken Cheese Toast Recipe

  • 1 Pieces Bread slice
  • 1 Pieces Cheese cubes
  • 1.50 tbsp Chopped capsicum
  • 1/2 g chopped green chilli
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp 2-3 tbsp
  • 2 tbsp Shredded chicken
  • 1 g As per taste Salt

Directions: Chicken Cheese Toast Recipe

  • STEP 1.Assemble ingredients
  • STEP 2.Take a bread slice and lightly toast any one side and keep aside.
  • STEP 3.Take shredded chicken in a mixing bowl
  • STEP 4.Grate cheese into the chicken.
  • STEP 5.Apply butter on the un-toasted side of each bread slice.
  • STEP 6.Now add chopped capsicum + 1 tbsp butter + chili + pepper powder + salt into the chicken mixture and give a good mix.
  • STEP 7.Now spread a thick layer of prepared mixture on the toasted side of each bread slice. Add more cheese on top.
  • STEP 8.Now put pan / tawa on low flame, put butter and allow to melt, then place bread slice, cover, and toast for around 2 minutes till cheese melts.
  • STEP 9.Follow the same process with rest of the slices. Toast is done.
  • STEP 10.Serve with tomato ketchup and pair with tea/coffee.
