  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon Garam Masala

  • 3/4 tablespoon Oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon Ghee
  • 1/2 Onions, Finely Chopped
  • 2.75 Ws
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • as per your need Fresh Coriander Leaves For Garnish

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, marinate the chicken pieces with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, and a blend of spices.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and add the marinated chicken. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
  • STEP 3.In a separate pan, heat ghee and add onions, cashews, and spices. Cook until the onions are golden brown.
  • STEP 4.Blend the onion-cashew mixture into a smooth paste and add it to the cooked chicken. Simmer for a few minutes.
  • STEP 5.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with biryani or naan bread.
