Ingredients for Chicken Caesar Salad Recipe

  • 1 pieces Boneless chicken breast
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic paste
  • 1/2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 75 gram Romaine lettuce
  • 2.50 pieces Cherry tomatoes
  • 2 Tbsp Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 As Required For Ganishing Yellow bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 125 g Ciabatta loaf
  • 1/4 teaspoon Thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon Rosemary
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper powder
  • 1.50 tbsp Olive oil

Directions: Chicken Caesar Salad Recipe

  • STEP 1.For croutons
  • STEP 2.Method
  • STEP 3.Heat oven to 200 degree c.
  • STEP 4.Cut Ciabatta loaf into croutons.place them into a bowl and season with thyme, rosemary, Salt and black pepper powder.Add olive oil and mix well. transfer into a baking tray for about 5 to 8 minutes.Croutons are ready.
  • STEP 5.For Chicken
  • STEP 6.Season chicken breast with Salt, black pepper powder, dizon mustard, garlic paste, and oil.
  • STEP 7.Mix all the things very nicely.set a grilled pan/ normal pan in 🔥.place chicken pieces in it. Cook 3 to 4 minutes from each side or till cooked nicely.when done, remove from 🔥 and cut it into bite size strips. Chicken is ready.
  • STEP 8.For Dressing
  • STEP 9.Taka a bowl.put
  • STEP 10.Mayonnaise 1 cup
  • STEP 11.Salt 1/2 teaspoon
  • STEP 12.Black pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • STEP 13.Dijon mustard 1/2 teaspoon
  • STEP 14.Garlic paste 2 teaspoon
  • STEP 15.Worcestershire sauce 1 teaspoon
  • STEP 16.Lemon juice 1 teaspoon
  • STEP 17.Put all in a bowl.Mix well If thick add 2 to 3 tbsp of water.
  • STEP 18.How to assamble the 🥗
  • STEP 19.First of all wash and dry the lettuce well, tear roughly into big size.
  • STEP 20.Take a salad 🥗 bowl
  • STEP 21.Add lettuce, croutons, chicken pieces and some cherry tomatoes in it.
  • STEP 22.Now add grated parmesan cheese to it .Mix well.
  • STEP 23.Pour the dressing over the salad 🥗 and toss lightly. Garnish it with yellow 💛 Bell peppers and cherry 🍒 tomatoes
  • STEP 24.Serve immediately.
  • STEP 25.Enjoy the delicious salad 🥗
