Chicken cabbage rolls are delicious way to feed a family or a crowd. This is also a very popular for special occasions such as Christmas Eve or new year's eve. chicken rolls come together quickly and can be frozen for future meals

Ingredients for Chicken Cabbage Rolls # BSK Recipe

  • 37.50 g Medium boiled potatoes
  • 37.50 g Chicken mince
  • 1.50 Tsp Besan(Gram Flour)
  • 1/2 Tsp Rice flour
  • A Few Coriander leaves
  • 1/2 Pieces medium sized chopped onion
  • 1/2 Pieces Chopped Green chillies
  • 1/2 As Required Yellow and green capsicum
  • A Few chopped carrot
  • 1/2 Pieces Clove garlic
  • 1/4 Pieces Knob ginger
  • 1/4 Tsp Red chili powder
  • 0.13 Tsp Baking powder
  • 1/2 Tsp rosted spice mix
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1.50 Pieces Cabbage leaves
  • 0.06 Litre Sunflower oil

Directions: Chicken Cabbage Rolls # Bsk Recipe

  • STEP 1.Bring a Large pot of water to boil, cut center core of cabbage and place, core side down, in boiling water. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes
  • STEP 2.While cabbage simmers, heat oil in pan over med high heat and saute onion and garlic 3-5 minutes until browned, add chopped carrots, chopped capsicum, boiled potato, chopped onion, and chicken mince; combine well
  • STEP 3.Cut the stems, add the stuffing to cabbage leaves, and roll. Set them tightly in a pot
  • STEP 4.In a midium mixing bowl, combine the besan(gram flour), baking powder and rice flour;mix it well.
  • STEP 5.Heat some oil in a pan, take each cabbage roll and dip it into the batter, then take it out of the batter. Drip of the excess batter before putting into the oil
  • STEP 6.Fry the cabbage rolls golden brown, transfer to a strainer or a paper towel to drain excess oil
  • STEP 7.Serve with your favourite dip . enjoy!!
