  • As Required For Sauteed Veggies
  • 1 tbsp 2 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 inch 1 inch Gingar
  • 1 g 2 fresh Green chilli chopped
  • 1/2 tbsp 1 tbsp Coriander Stemed chopped
  • 1/2 Pieces 1 medium carrot chopped
  • to taste Salt to taste (
  • As Required Water (pani)
  • As Required For Chicken Burger Patty
  • 1/2 cup 1 cup chcken mince
  • 1/2 tsp 1 tsp mayonnaise
  • to taste Salt to taste (
  • As Required ⅓ cup Sauteed Vegg
  • As Required ½ tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1/2 tbsp 1 tbsp fresh bread crimd
  • As Required Oil for frying (
  • As Required For filling
  • 1/2 cup 1 cup cheese grayed
  • 1 g 2 fresh Green chilli/red chilli chopped
  • As Required ¼ tsp Dried Orengo
  • As Required ½ tsp fresh bread crumbs
  • As Required For coating
  • As Required Water (
  • As Required fresh bread crumbs
  • As Required For Relish
  • 1/2 As Required 1 medium red bell pepper julienedd
  • 1/2 As Required 1 medium yellow bell pepper
  • to taste Salt to taste (
  • As Required ½ tsp black pepper powder
  • As Required Water (
  • 1/2 tbsp 1 tbspmustard sauce
  • 1/2 tsp 1 tsp honey
  • As Required For Grilled Onion
  • 1/2 tbsp 1 tbsp onion cut inti thin slices
  • to taste Salt to taste (
  • a pinch A pinch Black Pepper Powder (
  • As Required other ingredients
  • 1 g 2 Burger buns
  • 1/2 tbsp 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1/2 g 1 mediun tomoyo
  • 1/2 g 1 medium cucumber
  • As Required A few Iceberg lettuce Leaves (
  • As Required Relish (
  • As Required Grilled Onions (
  • As Required Mayonnaise (
  • 1 As Required 2 cheese slice

Directions: Chicken Burger/chicken Chilli Burger/spicy Chicken Chilli Cheesy Burger Recipe

  • STEP 1.For Sauteed Veggies
  • STEP 2.In a pan heat oil and add ginger, green chillies, coriander stem saute for half a minute and add carrot.
  • STEP 3.Now saute them for a minute on medium heat and then add salt, water and mix it once.
  • STEP 4.Cover and let it cook for 2-3 minutes or until half done.
  • STEP 5.Switch off the flames and keep it aside to cool down.
  • STEP 6.For Filling
  • STEP 7.In a bowl mix cheese, green/red chillies, dried oregano, bread crumbs and mix everything properly and keep aside for further use.
  • STEP 8.For Chicken Burger Patty
  • STEP 9.In a bowl add chicken mince, mayonnaise and mix it properly until well combined.
  • STEP 10.Now add salt, black pepper powder, sauteed veggies, dried oregano, fresh bread crumbs and mix everything properly.
  • STEP 11.Now apply some water on your hands and take a portion of the mixture and spread it a little in your hand then add a generous amount of filling in the centre then close it up and give it a patty shape.
  • STEP 12.Then roll it in the bread crumbs, keep aside and repeat for the rest of the mixture.
  • STEP 13.Heat a pan with oil in it on medium heat now place the parties in the hot oil and shallow fry them until golden brown and crispy from both sides. Remove and keep aside.
  • STEP 14.For Relish
  • STEP 15.In a hot pan add red bell pepper, yellow bell peppers, salt, black pepper powder and saute for half a minute.
  • STEP 16.Now add water, mustard sauce, honey and mix everything properly then continue cooking for 1-2 minutes.
  • STEP 17.Then remove and keep aside for further use.
  • STEP 18.For Grilled Onion
  • STEP 19.In a pan heat butter then add sliced onions and let them charr on high flames for a minute from both sides.
  • STEP 20.Remove and sprinkle some salt, black pepper powder and keep aside for further use.
  • STEP 21.Then in the same pan taste both half of the burger buns until golden and crispy.
  • STEP 22.For Assembling The Chicken Burger
  • STEP 23.Apply mayonnaise to the toasted buns then place sliced tomatoes, cucumber, some lettuce leaves on the bottom part of the bun.
  • STEP 24.Now place the chicken patty then on it add some relish, some grilled onions, more mayonnaise, cheese slices and place the top of the buns and secure it with a wooden skewer. Serve immediately
