This recipe is very easy and quick one this is specially made by my mother and i learned it from her this is a four step recipe which is easy and can be made quickly.
1/5 teaspoon (cardamom, cinnamon) of garam masala crushed
0.40 Green chillies
2+2 Bay leaf
1/5 And 1/2 cup of basmati rice
0.40 (3-4 cloves, 5-6 cardamom, 2 stock of cinnamon, 1 mace, 1 star anis) whole garam masalas tablespoon
0.60 tablespoon Of milk
As required A pinch of saffron
1/10 tablespoon Of sugar
0.60-0.80 tablespoon Of chopped coriander leaves
1/5 Onion sliced and fried
1/5 tablespoon Of ghee
1/5 tablespoon Of salt
